We are asking all parents that are able to transport their children to do so.  This will allow us to use buses for students who have no other way to get to school and to do so as safely as possible. Safety protocols on buses will include: health checks by a bus monitor as students board the bus, social distancing practices, seating charts, maximizing airflow and cleaning, and sanitation of buses before and after routes. Any student with a temperature of 100 degrees or above will not be transported to school.

Breakfast and lunch will be served in the classroom or teachers can take students outside to eat.

Classroom/Social Distancing

Classrooms will be arranged to allow for as much social distancing as possible, with desks facing all in one direction.

Hardware/Internet

Chromebooks/IPads will be assigned to all students PreK-12th grade. One day a week will be a virtual day at school so that teachers can prepare students to be ready in case we have to move to distance learning.  This will allow students to practice the distance learning schedule under the supervision of the teachers so that they know what is expected from them during a school closure or if a student has to quarantine.

Cleaning/Sanitation of Buildings

The Cleaning Company will be cleaning/sanitizing daily after school hours.  Cleaning and sanitizing will take place continually during the school day. Hand Sanitizer, disinfectant, and cleaners will be available in every classroom and used throughout the day.
